Creating a digital form and sharing it on different platforms has been made easy using the “Form” creation utility offered by PDFelement App. Users can now easily create PDF forms right from their iOS device effortlessly. The application lets you add various elements such as text fields, drop-down menus, and more. Users get the ability to reposition the elements by simply dragging them across the page.

Moreover, the utility allows users to customize the size of the element according to the form they have created. Whether you have to create a survey form or an application form, PDFelement allows you to create them with complete customization, like text color and border color. Learn how to create these forms easily using PDFelement:

Step 1. Acquire the Form Option from the Tools Section

After importing the PDF document within the app’s interface, head to the top toolbar, scroll through the Tools option, and tap on the “Form” option.

Step 2. Add a Text Field on the Form

Enable the “Add Text” section from the toolbar above the page. Now, drag your fingers to the screen where you want to draw the text field. Reposition it according to your preferences and press the “Properties” option from the floating toolbar.

Step 3. Customize the Text Field

In the following small floating toolbar, customize the attributes such as name, text color, background color, and font to adjust them accordingly.

Step 4. Add a Check box in the Form

If you have multiple options in your form, enable the “Check box” option located above the page. Now, draw the check box wherever you want on the screen and press the “Properties” option.

Step 5. Personalize Check Box as Required

Select the checkbox style and other attributes like border and fill color to apply to the added element.

Step 6. Insert the Dropdown Menu

Insert the dropdown menu on the page in your desired position and size by accessing the “Dropdown” menu located above the page, and pressing “Properties” to add personalization.

Step 7. Incorporate a Signature Field

Lastly, add a signature field in your form by accessing the “Signature” option. Rename the field according to your preferences and add various border and fill colors according to your preferences.

Note:

• When the “Form” section is enabled, you can modify the fields of the form, as presented above.
• To fill the fields, disable the “Form” section and enable any other tab, which is evident in the screenshot provided below.
