The Create Outline functionality in PDFelement helps users convert the text and other objects within a PDF into shapes. This removes the editable functionality of the text within the PDF, setting the properties of the document. Even if the recipient doesn’t have the font installed in the PDF, it will appear the same when received.

Access the Create Outline Feature

• To begin the process, open the document in PDFelement and head to the “Tools” section.
• Next, select the text across which you want to create an outline by dragging your cursor.
• Once selected, expand the “More” option from the “Tools” section and press the “Create Outlines” option.

Wait for The Tool To Create Outlines

• In the following small window, check the progress, and all the elements within the PDF will be converted into vector objects on a new PDF file.
