Step 1: Fill Interactive Forms

  1. Open document in PDFelement
  2. Navigate to "Fill & Sign" tab
  3. Tap any form field to activate:
    • Text fields - type directly
    • Checkboxes - single tap
    • Radio buttons - select option
    • Dropdowns - choose from menu
  4. Use keyboard for text entry

Step 2: Convert & Fill Non-Interactive Forms

  1. Go to "Edit PDF" tab
  2. Select "Add Text" tool
  3. Tap where you need to add text:
    • Click to create text box
    • Drag to resize field
    • Use alignment guides
  4. Type your response
  5. Adjust font/size to match form
