How to Create a Recurring Invoice

Click on gear and select recurring transaction and then choose new.
Click on Invoice and then ok for the transaction type.
Then select the schedule and then choose automatically send e-mails.
Input the required information and select save the template.
Repeat the above steps for every customer to create the recurring invoice for them.

How to View an Automatic Transaction Report

From the left navigation bar, click on reports.
Select the go-to report option and click on recent automatic transactions.
Select customize and click on rows/column.
Then you choose the customer when asked for "group by".
Click on save to save the customizations you have made.

Click on "customer" from the left navigation bar.
Then click on the customer with the recurring invoice.
Click on the open in the status tab and select Invoice.

How to Stop a Recurring Invoice

In the upper right-hand side of the screen, select the gear icon.
The Select recurring transactions from the drop-down menu and click on the recurring transaction.
To delete the recurring transaction, click Delete.
However, if you want to make some changes, click on edit from the drop-down menu list.
You can also change to either unscheduled or reminder.
Then click on save to save the template.
