Tips for Filling the Template

Filling out the correctly is more important than you thought. General Power of Attorney Format

General Power of Attorney is a legal document enforced by one or more persons offering an authority to one or more persons to performance on their behalf. It is controlled by the Powers of Attorney Act, 1888. The one who gives the authority is called the holder of Power of Attorney, and the person who receives the power is called the attorney.
